 Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Any product that is damaged or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened baby products (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized gift boxes
• Items purchased during clearance or special promotions

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
